MP3/LOSSY SOURCED:
If an audio show is mp3 sourced it means that the apparent “lossless” file you have either FLAC, APE, WAV or SHN was once converted to the mp3 format and then converted back to a lossless format. Many traders think that if they convert a mp3 show to a FLAC or some other lossless file that it makes it lossless again and it does not. In NO WAY will a show be lossless AFTER being converted to a lossy format.
It can also mean that the show was lossy to begin with and was in wma, ogg, mp3 or another lossy format previously.
